The Training and Placement Cell plays an important role in preparing students for employment opportunities and facilitating interaction between students and prospective employers. It works continuously to enhance students’ employability, career readiness, and professional skills through structured training and career-oriented activities.

Students are provided with opportunities to develop essential employability skills through aptitude and reasoning training, communication skills, soft skills, group discussions, mock interviews, resume preparation, computer skills, and personality development programmes.  The college also encourages students to participate in training and skill-development initiatives offered by organizations such as TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) and other industry and professional bodies.

The Training and Placement Cell facilitates campus recruitment drives, job fairs, career guidance sessions, employer interactions, and placement-related activities. Students are informed about suitable employment opportunities and guided throughout the recruitment process. The Cell strives to build meaningful connections with companies, industries, training organizations, and recruitment agencies to create career opportunities for students from different academic streams.

Recognizing that every student has different career aspirations, the college provides guidance regarding private-sector employment, government and competitive examinations, higher education, entrepreneurship, and professional courses.
